The procedure of implementation of a full and (or) partial constraint mode of energy consumption
The procedure of implemention of a full and (or) partial constraint mode of energy consumption is carried out in compliance with the Regulations of full and (or) partial constraint mode of energy consumption issued by the Government resolution №442 from 04.05.2012
- Customers are engaged to have a confirmed plan of measures of applying power receivers and (or) power engineering facilities of energy consumption constraint mode towards them, as it can cause economic, ecological and social problems
- The legislation of the Russian Federation establishes liability for violation of a full and (or) partial energy-consumption constraint mode
